- Sufficient number of duly calibrated Explosimters, Oxygen meters, Hydrogen Sulphide detectors (Portable / Fixed) or other
gas detector should be available at site./br>

Quantities of combustible materials like timber, bamboos, paints etc. shall be minimum required in order to avoid unnecessary
accumulation of combustibles at site. The Containers of paints, thinners and other allied materials shall be stored in a separate
ventilated room, and free from excessive heat, sparks, flame or direct sun rays. /br>
- Fire extinguishers as approved by Site-in charge shall be located at the construction site at appropriate places./br>

Adequate number of contract workforce shall be given education and training in fire fighting and extinguishing methods.
